Delivery Time
Some recent orders may experience delays in sending the tracking code due to the critical situation generated by the coronavirus threat in Asian countries, from where part of our products are shipped. However, the processing time and total shipping time will remain the same.

1. Improper handling of COVID-19 is aggravated.
2. Snowstorm blocks daily shipping and prevents people from working.
3. A huge amount of packages overloads the capacity of airports in European countries, which delays customs formalities.
4. The US Postal Service is experiencing widespread logistical delays. Delivery times to Brazil should be 3-7 days before things improve.

The products shown in our store are shipped by our suppliers directly to the address registered in our store at the time of order completion.


The delivery time is 3-7 working days in STANDARD SHIPPING after the order is posted at the Post Office, according to the rules of the postal delivery system in your country. Note that we need on average 1- 3 working days to fulfill your order before we ship it. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 20- 40 business days. Please consider any holidays that may impact delivery times.

At Moorprod LLC, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors around the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often unavoidable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Track your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track the journey of your order. To track your order, you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your tracking ID, please use our Order Lookup form located here. Please allow 1- 3 business days for tracking information to be submitted.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@moorprod.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

When you place an order on Moorprod LLC, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Moorprod. Please see our Returns Policy for more information on how to make a return.


Absent Recipient

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office will make three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the package in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office to the address, in which case it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to collect it from the Post Office within 7 working days. If the recipient of the package does not make the pickup, usually the Post Office, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring the payment of a new freight for the reshipment of the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Correios where the recipient should pick up the order in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the tracking of the order, which can be tracked on the Correios website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Moorprod is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addressing of orders placed in the store. In case of incorrect or incomplete addressing, by the post office, the order will be returned to the sender, and no further attempts will be made to deliver to that address.

If the delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address informed by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new freight, amounting to 10 us (shipping cost + shipping fee), to reship the product.

* We remind you that when products are imported, they are subject to bureaucracy or customs duties. Our store satisfies all documentary demand so that the product can be shipped to your home, but if there are any costs (taxes, fees) added by the government, this cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
