Refund Policy


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it in a saleable condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the product price. BTC will retain a 10% restocking fee on returns. Note that there is a 14-day return policy and a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Custom orders are sold "as is" and all sales are final.

As provided in the Consumer Protection Code, the option to exchange or return the product will be available if you regret or find a defect and/or features different from those in the ad.

The customer can choose:

Exchange: Exchange the defective product for the same product in perfect condition; or exchange the defective product for any other product available in the store using the value of the original product as credit when purchasing the new product.

Return and Refund: Return the defective product and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Moorprod does not provide a refund for freight for a return, any customs duties, taxes, postage, or any other extra expenses that have not been paid directly to Moorprod.

Postage Procedures for Product Returns:

After contacting Moorprod signaling your interest in returning the product, you will receive by email full guidelines on the shipping procedure for the goods to be returned.

Analysis of the returned product:

The returned product will undergo a technical analysis by Moorprod LLC with a maximum of 5 (five) days for the solution. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, preferably in its original packaging and accompanied by all original accessories and manuals. Moorprod LLC will not exchange or refund any product where a quality defect has been found due to misuse by the customer or if the product is not in the same condition as when it was sent.

Deadline for receipt of refund or exchange of goods:

Once your exchange or return request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 5 days. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your account respecting the original payment method within 14 days.

If you have chosen to exchange the goods, Moorprod LLC will arrange for the new product to be shipped completely free of charge, along with a new tracking code. In this case, the same delivery times will be respected, as provided in the Shipping and Delivery Times Policy.

DISPUTES:

Moorprod guarantees in all circumstances to ship the goods within 3-7 business days.

If you have not received your order within 3-7 business days, please track the location of your order by the tracking code provided in your email, and if the order is already in transit with the Post Office, please wait for the goods to arrive at your address before opening a dispute. After receiving the goods, if you are still not satisfied with the product, you can activate our Exchange and Return policy to request a full refund of the amount paid.
